A completed registration is a confirmed commitment subject to the cancellation terms below.
1. All payments must be made to UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health.
1.1. Unless agreed to in writing, all registration payments must be made in Euro (EUR).
1.2. Any short payment resulting from bank charges and/or exchange rate fluctuations will be charged back to the delegate
2. Cancellation of a paid registration is allowed, subject to the following terms and conditions:
2.1. Cancellations received until June 15th 11.59 GMT +8 receive a full refund. Any applicable bank charges and/or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
2.2. Cancellations received between June 16th and July 5th 11.59 GMT +8 receive a fifty percent (50%) refund.
2.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 5th 11.59 GMT+8.
2.4. Non-attendance at the UNITE Global Summit 2026 without a written and acknowledged cancellation does not imply any financial obligations to UNITE. Full payment of the registration fee shall be charged to those who register but fail to show up for any portion of the event.
2.5. Cancellations must be received in writing by UNITE at this email address:

2.6. The refund processing schedule will be shared upon receipt of cancellation & refund request.
3. Tickets aren’t transferable. Registrations may not be shared, i.e., shared name tags will not be issued, and name tags may not be shared.
DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT
In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and TeamAsia are required to inform you that the personal information that you will supply below shall be promptly processed for such purposes as are necessary to successfully implement the UNITE Global Summit 2026. The law also requires UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and TeamAsia, as personal information controller and personal information processor respectively, to furnish you with the following information:
1. Personal information to be processed include:
- Full Name
- Designation
- Organization
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Dietary Requirement
2. Personal information collected will be processed to enable UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and TeamAsia to manage your registration, invitation, and participation for the event. This may include some or all of the following types of participation: sponsorship, registration, and UNITE Global Summit 2026 sponsor communications. UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health will use your personal data for the following purposes: (a) enabling your Event participation; (b) communicating Event -related information to you; (c) marketing news and opportunities that may interest you; and (d) sharing limited personal data with UNITE Global Summit 2026 sponsors, and third parties that perform services on behalf of the Host and the Organiser.
3. The personal information that you will supply through this form shall be collected, recorded, organized and stored into a registration database, subject to updating or modification to maintain data accuracy, and retrieval, use and consolidation as necessary for the purposes stated above.
4. Recipients of the personal information shall be limited to the following: authorized representatives from UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and TeamAsia. Your personal data may only be shared with third parties in order to facilitate the organisation of the Event. These third parties include but are not limited to Event sponsors. Third parties that contact you post-Event are required by UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health to offer you the option to “opt out” of communications.
5. UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health is the personal information controller and processor. TeamAsia, the event organizer of UNITE Global Summit 2026, may be contacted through unitesecretariat@teamasia.com.
6. The personal information processed will be held by TeamAsia, until such time as the UNITE Global Summit 2026 is concluded or 30 days after TeamAsia submits the post event report to UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health.
7. As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal information, make corrections to the same, and lodge a complaint for any violation of the Data Privacy Act through TeamAsia's Data Protection Officer: dpo@teamasia.com.
DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER
As a condition of my participation in the UNITE Global Summit 2026, I hereby release UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against all liability for damage or injury that may arise from my participation. I acknowledge that participation at the UNITE Global Summit 2026 entails some risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own safety. UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia intend to audio and video record the UNITE Global Summit 2026 and may use this content in their news and promotional material, and in print, electronic, and other media.
By registering for the UNITE Global Summit 2026, I grant UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia the right to use any image, photograph, audio or video recording, or other likeness of me, without limitation, for the UNITE Global Summit 2026 and UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health promotional materials and publicity efforts, without compensation.
I agree that media may be displayed, distributed, or used by UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia for any reasonable promotional purpose, and that all media become the property of the Host.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health reserves the right to cancel the UNITE Global Summit 2026 without notice or compensation in the event of any delay, default, failure, or cancellation of implementation of any deliverable to or for the UNITE Global Summit 2026 which has been caused, directly or indirectly, by any incident of "force majeure". For the purposes hereof, the term "force majeure" shall mean any incident, circumstance, or cause which renders delivery of the UNITE Global Summit 2026 substantially or totally impossible or impracticable and which is beyond the control of UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia. The term shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Strike, or other industrial action of any kind;
- Fire, flood, drought, water shortages, or adverse weather conditions;
- Power failure;
- Unavoidable breakdown or destruction of facilities or equipment;
- Failure of carriers, delays in performance or delivery by sub-contractors, or any other breach by a third party of a material obligation towards UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia;
- Promulgation, amendment, or rescission of any relevant legislation or regulation by local, provincial, or national government; and
- Any occurrence of any nature which renders it reasonably necessary for the UNITE Global Summit 2026 to be cancelled.
In such circumstances UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia are hereby indemnified and shall not be liable to any registrant, participant, partner, supplier, or other service provider for any loss or damage, save that UNITE shall only be liable to reimburse the relevant party such amounts as may actually have been received by UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health, but after deduction of any costs that have been reasonably incurred by it up to the point of cancellation in preparing the UNITE Global Summit 2026. This limited liability does not extend to any payments that may have been made directly or indirectly (on behalf of, e.g., registrants, participants, partners, suppliers, service providers, etc.) to third parties such as suppliers or service providers.
UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia shall not be responsible for any theft, breakage, destruction, or damages of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused to personal and/or business items of registrants and their guests, or other participants.
All registrants are to make themselves fully aware of the health and visa requirements in respect of travel to Philippines; if a registrant, their guests, or other participant is unable to participate in the UNITE Global Summit 2026 due to not meeting these requirements in any way, UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health and Team Asia will not accept responsibility in any respect.
TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES
All visitors to the Philippines must have a valid passport and visa. The Philippines grants visa-free entry to passport holders of certain countries while requiring a visa to others. Check if your nationality will require a visa for entry to the Philippines through the
Department of Foreign Affairs website (https://evisa.gov.ph/). If still uncertain about the entry requirements into the Philippines, please contact your nearest Philippine embassy or a consulate as soon as possible.
